Dear Burn BC people,

Burn BC is hosting an event on 08-08-08 at the Waldorf.
(Friday August 8th)

This has been in the works for a while and will be a great party for people who are not going to Shambhala, and people heading to the Black Rock City.

One of the things that we would like to see happen...
ALL Ages and FREE in the parking lot of the Waldorf.
From 5pm - 11pm

If someone can step up to organize this, the Waldorf has agreed to open the patio as a Drink Garden.
If no one steps up to take a lead on the outside, the indise will still be great throw down.

So far there are a few Art Cars coming out as well as other potential ideas.
We are inviting anyone that wants to play to try something out.

Please step forward with an idea of something YOU would like to offer.
We have access to a BEER GARDEN and would love to hear some kick ass music.

There will be a meeting at the Waldorf on Monday, July 21st at 8pm.
We will do a walk through with people that want to contribute and participate.
