People are going there for the day to hang out and by the evening show off the lanterns and stuff.

Wed, July 23, 2008 - 11:48 AMHappy hear there will be a Renegade Lantern Festival. However, people have to keep in mind that when the official event is organized, there are funds and services in place to provide garbage pick-up, bathroom cleaning, and security.
Remember to pack-in and pack-out your garbage and recyclables.
