Watchya workin' on?

Since I've gotten clean, my level of creativity has exploded--as has my ability to carry out my ideas. I've nearly completed my big project for this year which will be making it's debut/test run at our NW regional burn in a couple of weeks (Critical Massive). I've added a couple of pictures to the album to show what I've been building.
It will be a part of a new small scale open-aired sound camp, hopefully on the Esplanade (crossing fingers), called Lemuria.

What are you other clean burners up to?

I've been tooling around with a few story ideas and have had a hankering to do some more dancing... and doing some sketching.

lately-- taking a hand drumming class. With a djembe. Looooving it!

before that, learning to hoop, and soon-- making my own hoops for kicks.

all the while, as much yoga as possible, and cooking yummy, healthy food.

to fill in the dead time while at work, crocheting stuff. Considering how to take your grandmother's art and figure out how to create some sexy pieces for my 1st trip out to the playa.

I've been keeping busy with my fire troup, which is growing at an insane pace. Heck we have a gig tonight even.

Other than that I want to build something I've seen before. It's a kind of, well, boot that you wear that gives you two more feet per foot, one in front and one behind your normal foot. Get a big trench coat, slam a hoop in there to make it like hoop skirt and walk funny. Long rolling steps make it look like your walking really fast. I't hard to discribe, think clown. :P

im launching my 2 websites, moving in 2 weeks, and attacking about 20 + Playa coat orders this week.
I used to knit, spin wool, play banjo, skydive on weekends, compete in fencing tournaments and lay in hammocks---- life took a severe turn a while back. Free time aint free anymore. But there are plusses to both sides of the coin.
