I've been thinking... what if we as a community came together to purchase, build, and decorate a beautiful themed space open to the community. It could be in a city, or somewhere rural... but something legal, beautiful, and open to the public that allows for the public to enhance the decorations with their own touch.

Actually, what I was thinking was a structure that is permanent and in itself beautiful and unique architecturally, and capable of having it's insides used as a blank canvas for the artistic desires of the community that visits it. -
