Word to the wise. People have been dumping greywater on the playa in disturbingly increasing numbers in the past few years. It was announced today at The Way It Is meeting (the last all staff meeting before the playa) that the BLM is over this. LEO will be cracking down on this. So be advised, you gotta carry it out.

    A neighbor of ours was approached by a BLM ranger year before last after dumping a small amout of grey water ( less than one gallon). He was asked if it was grey or just ice chest water or something like that , and being an honest sort of fellow he admitted that it was water from washing his hands. $375.00 I believe!?
