I am looking for place/website to purchase el wire at a reasonable price. (I had a negative experience with one place where I ordered and neve received my product. I tried to get a refund to no avail.) I just want to get enough el wire to decorate myself and a friend for evening wear for under $40. Is this impossible? Willing to invest more for greater savings.
Any reccomendations of good folks or reat sites, that you have personally had a positive experience with, would be highly appreciated!

Thu, August 3, 2006 - 10:18 PMCoolight is also an excellent vendor for EL wire. Ive delt with Coolight and Coolneon and am very happy with both although I like the selection of drivers at Coolight better.
They also both give a burners dicount. Compare the prices for what you need and go with that.

I would also try www.worldaglow.com. They are Burner owned and go every year and have a Burner discount also. They have a awesome selection of inverters, EL wire, and premade kits of all lengths. I get mine there every year and have never had a bad experience. They also carry a wide variety of other cool stuff like glow paint, LED's, and glow sticks. EL wire seems to be the major item though. Enjoy and see you all on the Playa.

I did deal with Coolight and Coolneon and worldagow they are all good but they do not pick up the phones when i needed my order.
