If you are looking for cheap LEDs and glow sticks ASAP then try the Dollar Tree. Different Dollar Trees have different stuff. Most all have glow sticks. Usually $1 for a pack of 6 bracelets or two braclets with two necklaces. As for LEDs they can have an assortment for your blinky needs.
