Hi all,
Last year, I bought 4, 4' fluorescent double tube fixtures, 8 4' fluorescent U.V. lamps & 8 clear protective plastic tubes for them. Used them one time at a 2 day event (2008 San Diego Decon) run off a Honda generator & a cheaper but larger generator. They all worked at first, but then, they (the lamps) quit working. I didn't think much of it then, packed them up and off into storage.
I pulled them out last week... seems ALL The lamps are blown, and ALL the fixtures won't work. (Used another 4' fixture to test the lamps, and some good white fluorescent tubes to test the fixtures.)
I spent probably $350 on the lights, to never have them work, and now blastoid... ::sigh::
Any ideas what happened? Thanx...
