Poi Spinning: Foundations, Adaptations & Performance Technique

Session 2: 2:30-3:30
Four Choices:
A) Fire Hooping: Beyond the Basics
B) Fire Staff: Foundations, Combos & Contact
C) Complex Poi: For Intermediate and Advanced Spinners
D) Fire Belly Dance: Fans, Fingers and Torches

Open practice space available 3:30-4:00
