Do you have a megaphone? Are you bringing it to Flipside? (I mean, if you have one, *of course* you're bringing it to Flipside, but I'm asking anyhow.) If your answer to these questions is Yes, then I would like to ask a favor: I would like to borrow said megaphone for about half an hour on burn night. I'm the cat-herder for the fire procession, and some vocal amplification would come in handy. Please drop me a line. Thanks.

You can easily form a megaphone out of cardboard, plastic bottle, cup, etc., and they can be found for mere pennies at your average cheerleader supply store.
However, if you don't mind something with a bit more grit (that would make your average cheermeister quiver in her skorts), then come on by Lick n Suck and ask for me, and I'll let you borrow one of my 3 CHIMG666 Pit Bull bullhorns. I know it's probably a bit of a compromise using a bullhorn over a megaphone, but hopefully it will work for you. If you're concerned about ruining any cheerleader clout that you may be developing, we can certainly take the batteries out.
At any rate, I'd be happy to help you out since you're helping to organize a great gift for the community, and you'll be engaging in one of my favorite pastimes, cat herding.
