When you get you bag of low cal snacks. Popcorn or such. Repackage it in little ziplock bags so you always have handy snacks to grab.... with the perfect abount of calories :-)
And then you don't eat the whole bag. You can also go to the meat counter and have them wrap you meat in the amount you need. This way preventing left overs temptation.

03/16Pack all your lunches on the weekend except what ever needs to be kept cold. then you wont have to go out to lunch or take bad stuff to eat when in a hurry :-0
