We are in the process of arranging a last minute pre-burn trunk show in San Diego. If anyone has suggestions on location, I'd love to hear them. Right now we have a couple of parks, the Kava Lounge, the Epicenter in Mira Mesa and maybe somewhere in Hillcrest under consideration.

We would LOVE to have many vendors there with some of their items people may be clamoring for just before the Burn. Please contact me if you are interested in participating. Any items from used clothing, swap/freebie items, handmade clothing and accessories, fire toys, hoola hoops, camping gear etc is welcome.

We would also like to have some performers doing their thing if anyone is interested, and depending on the location/restrictions/permits, we may be able to host someone if they would like to do a wine/cheese tasting.

The date will be Saturday August 18th.

Feel free to email me privately or comment in the forum. We're looking forward to hearing from you.

For anyone interested, I just ordered a bunch of boots from Demonia in sizes ranging from a 7 to 13. If they werent already sold out I got 2 types of the typical Burner stack boots too - red patent and purple glitter! The whopping cost of these new boots is $32.50. That's about the price range of all the new stock I'll be picking up today.

I also am now registered to sell New Rocks so if anyone would like some of those I can special order them for you. (Most are between $25 and $100 discounted over the www.newrock.es website prices.) I can also special order anything from www.pleaserusa.com. Most of the Pleaser stuff will cost in the pricerange of $45 - $65 which is still quite a bit below retail.

Alexiis here. I wanted to thank Browen for making it possible for me to introduce myself and my skills to you all. I have been costuming the playa and the dance community for over 6 years here in Los Angeles and she felt I should say "hi". Some of my customers are among you, Magnus being one. I delivered his plush purple coat to him on a very chilly, drizzly evening at Xara '05 making him a warm and happy man. Please don't hesitate to drop an inquiry if you are interested for something this year. I still have some time to make a couple of smashing outfits, furry goodness or sexy slinky sirens dreams come true!
Thanks again and piss clear!
