so, i did an informal reader survey a few months back, and i cant find any solid info on industry standard for a 'good' response rate. about 13% of our audience responded. does anyone know if this would qualify as good, average, etc.?

Re: reader survey response rate
Sun, September 11, 2005 - 10:27 AMAmber, a 13% response would seem to be a very healthy return. I work in the print industry and a 1% return rate is considered industry standard for most direct mail projects.
I would imagine that reply rates would be fairly consistant regardless of the platform ... on the web, in print, via phone, etc.
