I order to find a business partner you will have to provide some specifics about what the business is, and what you want from a business partner. For example, Do you want an investor? Someone to do business development? Someone with a fat rolodex of contacts to do sales? It is not unreasonable for people to expect a little more information then "I want a business partner in San Francisco. That is to vague for anyone.
What you say can be as simple as: I have started an Import Export business and I am looking for someone with $10,000.00 of working capital to be my partner and to help with New business development.
That tells people generally what you are looking for and doesn't give away what you are actually doing.
However, it does tell them enough to make them want to contact you if they are interested.

He make a comment on one of his posts in one of the business tribes about seeing his profile, and I am guessing he is referring to the link in his profile for more information but the link doesn't work and he has made no attempt to carry on any sort of lucid dialog here about what he is looking for. Even if English isn't his first language, he can do better than this.
I say, if he wants to stay he needs to write a clear post about what he is looking for. Or he can be bounced.

You want someone to become a business partner with you in a business that involves either the interior design or detailing of Boats.
You need a partner with motivation and who works hard because you either have or anticipate a lot of work
Your english sucks and you don't want to give the concept you have away, but don't know how to talk about your business idea in generalities.
