newbie- hi everyone!

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to introduce myself. I have a media company (fluide media) with two brands under management. a) we create turnkey newsletters for financial planners and real estate agents and b) we have a local fitness magazine that we publish.

Its been slow going but very challenging. I would love to hear from everyone and your stories . I want to learn your tips and tricks you used to grow your company and more.

Currently, I am hiring an advertising sales person and an editor..would anyone in the publishing industry have access to a contract that I can use for the editor position?

regards,

Alok

    Hi Alok!

Sorry - I'm not in the publishing industry, but I am going into the Real Estate industry and am very interested in seeing a sample of your real estate newsletter - do you have a link you could share or a PDF file you could E-mail me?

Also - How do you charge for that?

    THANKS!

      HI Atlanta,

I do this service for Canadian clients, I am based in QUebec. However, I can do this for you if: a) don't mind waiting til we find a writer who is knowledgeable about american real estate
      b) or if you want to write articles....

I charge an one-time initial fee plus (depending on how many clients you have and how often you want to reach them) a monthly/bi-monhtly/quarterly cost.

      regards,

      Alok

Are you looking for someone to write a real estate newsletter for you, or a tool to use to make newsletter management easier?

I use Constant Contact for the electronic newletters that I produce and I love it. www.constantcontact.com/index.jsp

And their pricing is very affordable.

      List Size Monthly Fee
      0 - 50 FREE
      51 - 500 $15
      501 - 2,500 $30
      2,501 - 5,000 $50
      5,001 - 10,000 $75
      10,001 - 25,000 $150
      25,000 + Call for Prices

It has complete database management, auto-unsubscribe features, and a nice variety of templates that you can use and modify.
