I own a bar, and I have been working with a group that is not one of the vultures that loans money to bars and restaurants, so if you own a bar or restaurant and need money from a reputable source, let me know and I'll put you in touch with the person that I have been working with.
Whatever you do though, don't go through Advanced Restaurant Finance. I did that and it was easily the most expensive money that I have ever used.
