What do you think/know is the MOST INEXPENSIVE way for new real estate agents to market themselves to generate business? All responses appreciated.

    Oh course this probably dpends on your specific market - but I would imagine media (radio and television) is the most expensive. I would think that next to word of mouth (which is FREE) probably print is the least expensive. Maybe a Billboard too... Anyone else have thoughts on this...

      The best I've heard of is: every time you sell a home, pass out flyers for two or three blocks around the property. It was surprising to hear how many folks were on the fence about selling, or people share by word of mouth when asked about their great neighborhood. They tell friends and family.
