In response to the latest rash of unavailability of our favorite information sharing on the web location I have created a new website

Anyhow this is sooner that I intended to publicize this, but I’m impatient and things went much better with the installations that I initially expected.

Please check out the website, sign up, and under the “forum talk” forum talk forum please answer the “will you use firelight groups?” poll.

This forum has unlimited space, no advertising unless I want to add it, unlimited users, etc.. etc.. and that kinda firepower does have a cost, I have no problem with this, but I want to know that people think its useful and will use it.

Julie, and Gigi have explored it a little bit, but we might as well stress test it so lets get EVERYONE on there.

I can very quickly create forums and sub-forums for anything we want and we can re-arange it later, so if under “Dancers Connection” you would like to see sub folders for each troupe, moderated by the troupe leaders then let me know, ew can link to troupe websites, troupe website can link to their respective forums, etc.. etc… I’m looking into adding a photo gallery database, I have already added a calendar database, at the moment I am the only one that can add events to the calendar, but hopefully we can overcome obstacles like this.

Please make suggestions, I will not be offended, even if you say it sucks, I need to know if you think it sucks so I don’t go to effort and expense. If you like it please rave about it also. Also pass this to anyone I may have missed, I’ll be sending this out a little virally today.

I have not Promoted this website too any search engines yet, so you won’t find it that way, that will come soon though if people seem to like the idea.
