I drew a bath last Halloween to just put my feet in. Mina was very interested in the water as it filled up to about an inch and a half. She regarded me sitting on the side with my feet in, and then slowly dropped her front paws in the water. With her back paws on the side of the tub, this seemed uncomfortable, so whe got all the way in and sat int he water with me. I love my cat.

I'm throwing a party for her at my apartment so all her minions can come over and pay their respects. I'll have wine and appetizers. Then the human party will probably move to a bar, or maybe not. My employer is friends with a baker who makes the most amazing cakes and stuff. I looked through her books and found some perfect recipes. Cupcakes that look like balls of yarn, a fishbowl jell-o recipe, chocolate mice and crunchy sweet birds' nests. Also, there will be lots of cheese I think. Yay!
