    <summary type="html">&lt;div&gt;can someone suggest to me a superfood, or similar natural supplement, that is actually low in B vitamins and provides a full spectrum of nutrients...vitamins, enzymes, protiens, minerals ect...also afordable 
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;i have been on superfood for about a year and wish to continue to take it, but i feel that i may be overdoing it with the B vitamins as superfoods tend to B high in the B department. i had a big B deficientcy sometime ago. that is now balanced. i am afraid i may go the other way though.

&lt;br/&gt;I started classes at the Institute for Holistic Health last month. One of the main focuses during the year is to practice health histories with people who are interested in improving their health and other aspects of their life by partnering w/ an advisor (yours truly!). Anyone interested? If so, I can email you a copy of a health history form and we can either communicate via email or phone after you have filled it out.

&lt;br/&gt;i rarely drink milk...actually it's been quite some time since i've had any milk at all
&lt;br/&gt;however, recently i moved to drinking soy milk (which i love) and consuming more sory products. 
&lt;br/&gt;i've noticed more cramps with my cycle...how does soy effect the female body?
