Calling the Infinite Home
A Weekend Authentic Movement Retreat
Friday evening, Dec. 15 - Sunday, Dec. 17
Camp Double Bear
$215, includes all meals and lodging
We will start at 7p on Friday and finish at 4 on Sunday. You can arrive any time after 4 on Friday. And
the cost includes all your meals, including dinner on friday and sleeping
accommodations.
The focus of our time and work together:
The empty space. The unknown. Infinite potential.
This retreat will focus on the development of Authentic Movement as a
spiritual practice, particularly its strength as a mystical practice. As we
commit over and over to entering the unknown, by closing our eyes and
surrendering to our moment to moment impulse, we see more clearly who we
are. As witnesses we come to see that ³inner ³ and ³outer²
are not the whole truth, that this separation is perhaps our creation and
therefore a partial truth. Eventually, through practice the question
arises, am I that empty space?
We will sit, move, dance and sing together with this question.
Come and deepen your practice.
Some questions we might answer: Is being empty space a good thing? In a
world full of stuff, how am I empty? How does this relate to what I am
doing each day; how can it make my life better?
Yoga, and chanting will be offered each morning to
support our exploration.
Thanks,
Please let me know if you are interested or have any questions.
