Sat, October 1, 2005 - 8:49 PMI won't be in Wichita. You'll have to dance one for me. It was so fun at your wedding last year. Are you going to have a party to celebrate your 1st anniversary? Glendour and Dylan will be going down there. Hump I'm sure will be hanging out with them. I have to go to New York to buy more stock for Siham's seminar and the In Your Dreams Seminar.
We are going to fill out the paper work for Estrella as soon as fest is over. So at this point I'm planning on it. We'll have to go out party hopping. I'll miss seeing you next weekend. -

Sun, October 2, 2005 - 9:40 AMNo party for our anniversary, but we do have to take a bite of our cake topper (mmm, yummy- year old frozen cake! :)
We are having a Halloween party on Oct. 29th at our house here in Des Moines if you are not busy. Everyone and anyone is invited. It's our 5th year of having it, and it's pretty fun... One year my friends from Vatavia decided to go run nekkid through the park. :) Can't promise that'll happen again though! Anyway I'll bet you are busy that weekend, so I will see you at Kris Kinder and Estrella! (So happy you are giving Estrella another try. I promise it hardly ever rains that much! Knock on wood...)

If not maybe I will actually go to the moot ater Kris Kinder. Usually I'm so pooped I just go home but it would be fun to hang out with you. -

Mon, October 3, 2005 - 9:01 PMI haven't gone to the post-revel after KK either, usually I guess because I'm afraid it will be boring, but I guess I wouldn't know, huh? I miss when they had it at the old mall and we could camp and party at night... :( Maybe we should both plan to go, If we're not falling asleep by then. :)

I went to The Faire for the first time Saturday, kinda low key I thought, I got a good drum jam going at a drum shop and met an old friend Anton of Cats paw (the fur merchant -well the Dead Pet store)... Wish I had known which weekend. I saw the Calontir colors on the knight, but a security guy didnt have a clue about it... or much else for that matter...

We will be having a Hafla next Saturday after Ren Fair across the street at the shelter at the park. You just missed the 2 SCA weekends. They preceeded this last one. We have a nice group of drummers in the KC area. I'll send you some other tribe invites so you can keep track of what's going on. -

IN 80's and most of 90's we were doing weekly demos (4 fighting shows daily, ongoing A&S tables, etc.) The 20' armor stand was made by Bro.Cedric from St.Joe area, and I am suprised it is still sporrt'n the colors.
Glad you finally poked your head out. If youre not doing anything this weekend. Head over to Lawrence (Shire of Carlsby) for a fun little event called Good vs Evil. Next month there is lots going on. Diamond Wars is just South of Missouri border in N. Glenn Abhann. Also next month is Blood of Heroes here in Fayetteville AR.
