Hello Beavers!
Today I bought the bones of our fair beaver den! Brody the Magnificent will be transporting them to the playa with an arrival of Monday.
Sadly, the structure nearly tapped out all the funds I raised from the play party and yard sale. This means we need more help getting some basic stuff to the camp.
What do we need?
Pillows & Blankets
Safer Sex supplies (gloves especially!)
Lighting! (solar lights for outside, battery powered for inside!)
Liquor! (if everyone brings a bottle or two and a mixer, we're good to go!)
As you pack, please try and add some of this stuff to your load.

Mon, August 11, 2008 - 10:04 AMI think I have an extra air mattress, should I bring that? I also plan on bringing some liquor for the cocktail party. Who is organizing that? As I can help out. Also, people are asking if there is still room at the camp, can they camp?

Yes, people can still camp with us. Please refer them to the "What you need to do" thread in this tribe. It'll answer all the questions. Camp dues for FreedomCommunity go up soon, so they should take care of that asap.
Laura is organizing the cocktail party. And I KNOW she's in need of some booze. And if you have the room for an air mattress, I say bring it on!!!!

Thu, August 14, 2008 - 8:01 AMair mattresses are great, just consider how you feel about blowing it up manually should the plug not work (do we have outlets available?) or the if the battery stops working. All that aside, thanks mitch you rock!

and the big blanket to cover it...
it has some much positive sexual karma on it from the last straponathon... i can't leave it at home!
