So I've been thinking about flag ideas all day, and after spending much time on latin-english dictionary sites I have come up with what I hope will become our motto:

Semper Vapori!
Semper Inflammatio!

Semper is latin for always, and Vapori is steam.
The latin word inflammatio is extreamly interesting, in that it has two distinct definitions. One is 'to set on fire' and the other is 'to inspire'. I think this fits very, very very well. In fact, I think I'm going to go write a page for my fireshaman site claiming it as my new personal motto (under CC license, of course!)
