Since there are no real "have to's" in most of life and astrology, if it pleases someone to create ones own symbols which feel more fitting to each sign we could do this.

If it serves whatever uses we desire and find fulfilling to change our perspective, analogies, symbols, interpretations... as long as we respect others rights to choose for themselves - wonderful creativity it is.

Ive wondered the same thing though Heather. Most scorpions that im aware of do not live in the water. There are some which may take a little dip in some water, but not like fishies that I know of currently.?

Maybe its the hard crustacean shell like cancer the crab? When adding either to water, their soft insides become exposed and vulnerable.? Emotions & feelings revealed even more.?

Mmnn. Having remnants of dream memories from last night and a while ago come washing over me again. Was relating with a woman who somehow I knew was a cancer sun influenced woman. Intense connection. Some reminded me of a woman I related with as friends with a bit more chemistry, a little over a year ago. But not sure it was her exactly in the dream? Felt very connected, synergistic, harmonious and kind of erotically spiritually aware and energetically surrouding each other. In a very appealing way. More to it, but hard to verbalize.

LOL wow they can live a long time without water! They are interesting little creatures :) My sister had a pet scorpion once, and we also had some pet hermit crabs before lol :D And that was before I started getting into astrology.. and my sister's never been into it. We're both Pisces suns too.. so I guess it shows that we were drawn to scorpions and crabs even before realizing we're attracted to Scorpios and Cancers haha:D
