pisces fall for illusion

Do you guys think that pisces fall in love for the idea of love, for an illusion?
I probably would try to fit the potential person into an ideal image created by me. They are probably not the kind of person imagined by me, but I tend to believe they are. For example, if I meet someone who appears to be mature, philosophical, queer and odd, my imagination starts. If he/she does something destructivve to this image, I would find excuses to ward it off. I am not sure yet. I am trying to figure myself out. I am trying to assess my own judgement.

Does anyone here this kinda experience?

Hurt

I'm sorta new here. I lurk alot... rarely post. I'm a double scorpio sun/moon.
Lately I've been dealing with a lot in life. I'm a very private person and I just deal with things as they come and keep my cool about me even to my friends. Now it feels as though I'm coming apart and I'm not sure how much longer it will be until I break. It's a matter of time.
My personal life is in shambles. I'm mostly to blame because I refuse to let anyone close to me. I'm so terrified of getting hurt. I put up a VERY aloof front and "test" people to see if they care enough to try and get to me. 99% of the time they walk and my pride refuses to call them back and explain that I want them in my life but I don't know how to tell them that. I always let them walk away... watching them go refusing to let them see how hurt I am.
The last one that walked away meant so much to me but he hurt me and I got nasty with him to cover up my feelings. I found out that he now is happily in a new relationship. I want to die. I've never been so out of my mind with hurt.
I'm so use to having control in EVERY single detail right down to my facial expressions or the tone of my voice when talking to people. I'm losing that control and I'm scared to death. I'm scared that people will pity me or even scorn me for being "weak". It's all slipping and the more it slips the more I panic... and lose it that much more control.
I'm doing alot of venting right now hoping that perhaps I could get advice or more insight as to how to gain back at least the illusion of confidence so that I can chin up and go on.
What does one do in these situations? I want to lock up and hide away but I refuse to let him see that he's done this to me. In some ways I think it would satisfiy him because I was down right ruthless with him at one point. Now I'm the one suffering.

And if you feel a video you share may be too offensive, repulsive, disgusting, gross... to some people, just include a clause to that effect with your posting and url so we know and can decide if we still want to view it, before clicking.

Otherwise any videos your watery self finds worth sharing.

how many of you water signs actually like water?

I was thinking about it the other day....how many days were spent soaking in the tub since I've been born. I never really associated it with being a water sign until just recently but yes...I used to spend at least 3-4 days per week soaking in the tub when I was younger. My mom and dad gave me a cheapo b&w t.v. for X-mas when I was eight and I would haul it in there and watch three's company/Jeffersons/Silver Spoons while soaking. It was MY TIME alone, something I really looked forward to, something that was necessary for me. Just sitting there emerged in droplets....no swimming really, just soaking and being surrounded by water. I also recall going outside with a silver cup I had with my name engraved on it and when it would rain I would collect whatever I could with the cup and then drink it lol....And beyond that, I used to have a summer swimming pool pass and I would go pretty much every day, during the winter I had a pass to the condo swimming pool by our cabin that required a membership....my parents gave it to me b/c they knew how much I loved the water. Granted, I will admit right now, I'm a SHIT swimmer..in fact I failed several swimming tests but I think it was b/c I didn't want anyone telling me how I could or could not enjoy being submerged...Anyway, I LOVE being in the water...soaking/floating, just flailing around etc.....I find myself now with an 8-year old Scorpio (I'm a pisces) who requests the same thing and it honestly wasn't until recently that I figured out why. duh on me. Age difference & intimate friendships

Have you ( as in you all - grin ) ever felt & shared a loving, close intimate friendship with someone who is more than ten years difference in age? Sometimes I meet people older & younger by say ten, fifteen or more years than each other who end up sharing a genuine, mutually enriching heart & soul connection. In my own experience so far, a few of the more memorable friend & more intimate relationships were with women older & younger ( still legal age - I'm not referring to that young of course ). For a little over two years starting when I was @ 23, what started with our meeting when I saw her related to her professiona, developed into a friendship and then a much more wholistically intimate relationship with a woman nearly twenty years older than myself. As far as age difference, there were of course some obvious ones with some experiences in life. Though mostly they were ultimately superficial compared to the ageless value of a shared, timeless soul love, respect and openness to the beautiful mystery of life and feelings. And I've met people here & there who have met someone, or more than one, born many years apart who share a deep, perhaps nonrational but nonetheless beautifully profound, loving & fulfilling feeling connection with each other. There can be a beautifully loving spiritual clarity and freedom in allowing natural feelings of love & soul level connection to be experienced, explored and shared beyond arbitrary mentally constructed limitations. Well, within common sense, obviously children, direct relatives & mentally compromised people would best be related to minus the more sexually or emotionally erotic connection. But that is a whole different reality. Anyone remember Harold & Maude?

Lonely hell or relished freedom?

Sometimes feelings of what it might be like to live somewhere completely uninhabited by other people, arise in my consciousness.

Though the reasons for there being no other humans around at all could change practical and emotional feelings about being alone, the simple reality of being the only human one will ever encounter again in this lifetime is kind of an intense one in some ways.

Anyone remember that movie with Tom Hanks a few years ago in a similar scenario after the plane he was on crashed, and he was the only survivor on a deserted island. Im forgetting the name of it at the moment. He went through a rough period of emotional, mental & physical reorienting to his new situational reality. Eventually seeming to more or less accept it.
Hey, he even made friends with that very quiet Wilson character.

Sometimes, provided there are enough natural resources for relatively healthy, life-sustaining food, water, clothing & shelter, living at such an organic pace in a relatively quiet, natural world devoid of civilization most of us have become so accustomed to sounds very attractive. Though Ive read a few wilderness survival books, taken a basic class on wild, edible foods and tried building a few fires without matches, wild foraging & related primitive skills are areas of understanding I have alot to learn about so would likely not be ready if it were to happen tonight.

Emotionally & mentally, if the solitude were for some crazy reason like a nuclear war, biological weapons or virus outbreak scenario and somehow I was the only survivor I knew of and encountered no other living people again among thousands of rotting, smelly corpses, there would probably be a heavier psychological aura to work through for a while.

After a while though what a different reality! Freedom in so many ways. Minus the opportunities to relate with other people.

How might you feel in such a situation, based on imagining if it were to happen to you now? Would you feel appreciative for the quiet solitude & freedom? Miss friends, family, career or other social relationships for a little while then forget about them? Feel like ending your own life?
Readapting to your new reality?

companionship & natural cycles / experiences of being embodied

Last week while riding from SF through Marin on the 1 / 101 highway, there was a pair of ducks on the side of the highway.

Well, half of the pair kind of. As one of the ducks was obviously recently run over.
The other one, from what I could see riding past on my motorcycle at highways speeds, was standing right next to its probable companion and bobbing its head up and down repeatedly.
Maybe I was projecting, but it felt like the remaining, living duck was grieving or mourning for its killed friend? Maybe the head bobbing was an expression of sadness, attempts to awaken or revive its friend, confusion, affection...?

I considered taking the next exit and coming back around to help it. But felt there was nothing really to do or help. Its friend was pretty obviously dead and I was not likely going to bring it back to life. The living duck was off the highway, nearer the water now and going through its process whatever that may have been. Interfering in that natural process seemed somehow out of place.
Birth, life & death are obviously natural experiences we all get to experience soon enough. Seems I tend to feel that rather than trying to deny or "fix" the process, it is worthwhile to embrace their honest, unadultered experience since there are inherent opportunities for spiritual growth, learning & experiencing Life in its fullness in going through these cycles of experience.
Of course I am not speaking about going out of our way to inflict pain or death on beings. Simply respecting these natural, metaphysical experiences & our own ultimate ability to experience & learn through the truth of them along with all the transitory emotional feelings one may experience.

There was something deeply moving as well about feeling the duck seemingly mourn or otherwise remain by the other ducks side in that situation. Whatever the actual motivation for its actions.

Live in Santa Monica, Venice or surrounding Los Angeles, CA. areas?

Anyone live in Los Angeles, California area?

Some people have likened the SF Bay area to a watery oasis, and compared it to LA which is often perceived as very different culturally as well as enviornmentally. For those of you you have lived in LA areas, how would you describe it?

What areas are more health conscious, progressive / liberal, artistic with health foods stores, massage, yoga / pilates / tai chi classes... nearby? Yet still pretty & safe.
I'm considering going to an interview there next week, if I can find somewhere to stay for a few days for the interview, and possibly longer if hired for training and then living.?

The little I know of LA and the one short trip I made there last year created an impression of LA as being a horribly dirty, crime-ridden, expanse of grossly overpriced housing on desert ghetto land, with spots of lavish wealth & glitz and eco / health conscious and sometimes bodily image obsessed sunbathers on boarwalks.?
Not that theres' anything wrong with any of that.
Though I'll pass on the dirty, crime plauged ghettos at least.

Anyone with experience, recommendations or anything else you feel like offering & sharing about the area, renting, working, etc..
Love to hear what other watery inclined people feel about the area & culture.?

Pisces:

1. Friendly

5. Gets bullied by other signs.

Cancer:

1. Friendly but so-so.
2. Moody. One minute extremely happy then the next minute extremely furious.

Honesty, deceit, love & relativity

I was reading through some old emails between a woman I knew a couple years ago & myself.
Long description shortened - last couple of emails contributed to our no longer communicating. I was very specific, too verbosely detailed i feel, about feeling uncomfortable relating with her when there was ongoing deceit by her with her husband regarding affairs with someone she still communicated with, and an intimate emotional and almost sexual relationship emerged with us as well.
It was a feeling of somehow by still relating with her I may be contributing to that dishonesty that I wanted nothing to do with. Not about anyone being "perfect" or such, as I know of no one including myself of course who has no quirks, issues or particularities. just honesty in communication being valued, and respect for her husband.
As much as I felt emotionally & empathetically connected with her.

Blah blah blah....

In deeper ways all the questions, thoughts, etc are all just mental noise. The expansive Love & feelings of love. Honest simply feels like a clear way of exposing & nurturing richer qualities of Love.?

If you connected well with someone emotionally, started developing a more intimate connection than "just friends" with them emotionally and knew they had affairs they never revealed to their husband / wife would you continue relating personally with them?

Would it matter?
Why or why not?

Water People...Are you missing an element?

Do you tend to be attracted to people that are made up of the element you are missing?

Like for instance...I have NO earth in my chart, none. I do have quite a bit of air, some mutable and some fixed. Most of me though is made of fire and water. I just realized that I feel most comfortable with people who are grounded with earth signs.

I was wondering if anyone tends to drift toward the element that they are lacking...

our tribe

Hi everyone.

Sorry I've been busy with other life engagements, and have been contributing little lately to this tribe.
Seems we lost someone in the meantime as well. Hope you are well Bobbi.? And just enjoying other areas of life fully.

This tribe has been receiving a number of membership requests from people who either have not read the first two sentences of this tribes homepage, or read it and ignore it. Often they were not born during a water sun sign phase but still want to join. Understandable. But there is an element of basic respect, or lack thereof, expressed in respecting or not respecting what a specific group was created for.
Kind of like drunken, belligerent men crashing a womens group demanding to be let in, or vice versa. That is side benefit of the moderated membership, it seems, filtering.

When I have denied membership requests from some people who do not include their birth date in their request, some write back belligerently assuming they are entitled to join this tribe anyway. So far all of the comments Ive heard from members have been affirmative in maintaining this tribe as moderated and for water sun sign births only. Intention is to continue with this.

Any suggestions as to how to make it more clear for people who try to join the tribe that are of other sun sign elements?
I will not be on for periods of time due to life commitments, school, work, primary life, etc.., but hope we can still keep the tribe active, interesting and enjoyably alive for everyone here.
Feel free to post anything you feel inspired to post, ask, explore...
With smaller membership obviously we will be less active than tribes with hundreds or thousands of members. Hopefully though we can still keep this space alive, warm & inspirational. Suppose this is like a smaller but cozy, intimate, personal, local club in a sense.
And suggestions to keep the tribe alive & active are very encouraged.

Relationship Inconsistencies

I'm a Cancer. I'm suffering from withdrawal from a Scorpio. (Two actually) We (D and I) started talking then had a few dates, then he drops off the planet. Then we reconnected by his doing...just where we left off. He's a lifelong bachelor, I'm ending a 26 yr marriage. He started to distance himself again and I only learned he was in the hospital awaiting THR while his mother also passed away in the same hospital---from a response to a random text I initiated. I was there post surg... (driving to the next state north of me)to give him cards and rub his feet-- at his request.. I texted him a bit next post -op day. Only to have him ignore my texts the day of the funeral and day after. I let a few more days go by, then made my peace. I'm not afraid of his situation, My text said that "toilet chairs and what ever else with his condition didn't scare me, but cruelty does. [To sleep with me, tell me I'm an angel, talk of being soul mates and who knows where "this" will go]...to then be ignored... is cowardice and malice, whether you just buried your mother or not. A simple reply saying I need time and space or even Leave me alone, demonstrates more character than leaving me hanging and hurting does. " Again, no reply. I've dried those tears and demand self respect. But I'm still crying and still longing for him. It's him, not the idea of a relationship. I'm secure in being alone in fact. I made myself be independent from any relationship for over a year. I just don't understand the mixed messages.

To complicate things, I met him through another Scorpio. This guy was much younger ( M,32, I was 46)and we have a strong connection. We met just once over a year ago and wound up intimate. In my ignorance I really thought it was just to talk, but the desire was intense and before long that's what happened. We had talked for three months prior.. Immediately afterward I ended up cutting off the relationship...no more meeting in person then and there, because I wasn't ready. He wanted a relationship, spoke of the future together etc. And he should be looking for someone closer to his age wanting to have his babies....right? I couldn't rob him of that.

But we have stayed in touch off and on. We connect even though we don't make eye contact. I really have strong feelings for him even though we never had a fleshed out relationship. Is that absurd?

We were in sort of a triangle with this other guy (D) when he ended up in the hospital/buried his mother. We (M and I) texted and talked about the other guy. A month prior, I told him (M) I had seen him (D)a few times and liked him a lot. He seemed to be OK with that and never said anything negative, just told me he (D) was a good guy. Fast forward to when I asked (M) how he (D) was doing (cause he went to the wake) he (M)became hostile and angry with me. He told me I should ask him myself. I told him I was giving (D) space and asking him (M) because I didn't know where I stood with him. I was totally honest and he turned from one extreme to another in the way he talked to me.

I would have a relationship with him (M) in a heartbeat, but I can't because he's too young and where can it go? But we don't let go of each other and we tease and play and are also serious in our communications. I really care for him too. How warped is that? I don't know how not to care. I think it's this triangle thing that is awful now. I thought it would all be OK cause (M) and I never really continued and just accepted that it can't be. But I know we both desire it. (Maybe even more becaue of the triangle?) I held back to do what is right, but now am in a mess, emotionally. If D ever smartens up I could see a future, while M is still in my heart and mind hence the torment for both of us.

I really never wanted to be in this situation. I care for two of them and enjoy neither. And ...really ...only want ONE PERSON TO BE SOLD OUT FOR. Is this normal? I pride myself on being moral and honest , living by principle and convictions and not being ruled by my emotions and look at where I am---and this is worse than reality tv and tabloids. None of this was intentional. It hurts. We all are hurting. Now what?

If you imagine the Earth as the very center of an orange, those house sectors can be pictured 3-dimensionally as the slices of the orange, and a band around the orange would be the band of the Zodiac.

There are many different ways of determining those houses. The most commonly used one is the traditional “Placidus” house system, which my horoscopes are based on. Other house systems you might find on birth charts are Koch, Regiomontanus, Campanus, or Equal.

In astrology, each of the houses represents a certain life domain.

The Ascendant (AC) or rising sign is the arrow to the left on the horizontal line in the birth chart. It points to a certain degree in the zodiac which is very individual, like for example, 14º38’ ` (14 degrees and 38 minutes of Gemini). This is the position in the zodiac, which is rising (Latin ‘ascendere’) on the Eastern horizon at a specific place on Earth at the minute when a baby is born or an event starts. To determine the AC and all the house sectors in a horoscope, which makes the chart specific and individual, it is therefore important to know time (if possible to the minute) and place of birth.

On the opposite side of the Ascendant, the arrow pointing from the horizontal line to the right on the graphic, you find the Descendant (DC), which is the sign that was setting on the Western horizon (Latin ‘descendere) when you were born at that very place. It is of course positioned exactly opposite in the zodiac, in the example at 14º38’ f (14 degrees and 38 minutes of Sagittarius). The AC marks the beginning, also called ‘cusp’, of the 1st house, while the DC point is the 7th house cusp.

Besides the horizon(-tal) AC-DC axis, you find a more or less tilted vertical axis in your chart from the 4th house cusp, also called Nadir, Immum Coeli or IC, to the 10th house cusp, also called Medium Coeli (Latin ’midheaven’) or MC. The MC indicates the degree in the zodiac, which was in the ecliptic (apparent path of the Sun and planets around the Earth) overhead at the time and place of birth = where the Sun would be at real noon. The IC is positioned exactly opposite, at the point of the zodiac where the Sun would be at real midnight. AC, IC, DC and MC are also called angles in the chart, and they are very sensitive and individual points.

If the birth time is exact (which results in a specific degree of the zodiac for AC and MC) it might be interesting to explore their Sabian Symbol (see Dane Rudhyar's "An Astrological Mandala", an excellent reference book for interpretation of the highly symbolic 360 degrees).

The Ascendant

This probably most important point in your birth chart indicates how you came into this life, and it shows how you approach situations and life in general. It is the point where the inner self and field of potentiality (12th house) meets the outer self and incarnation / manifestation (1st house). Ideally, its quality is the most natural mode of self-expression and relating to the world. The Ascendant is modified if there are planets in conjunction (close by) and/or aspects (angles, in the chart indicated through lines) to planets elsewhere in the horoscope.

The Ascendant is also an indicator for your overall state of health, and what to consider in order to maintain or regain well being, your natural flow of energies, paralleled by the influx of cosmic energy you absorbed and brought forward at birth. Its quality needs to be addressed to be overall healthy and feel like 'yourself'.

The first house side of the Ascendant indicates the outer impression you give with the look of your face and body and the aura you exude. Because the Ascendant is a lot about the appearance and image you display, and what comes to you like 'second nature', it doesn’t necessarily correspond with how you feel about yourself ‘behind the mask’. It can in some cases help you to give a good first impression. On the other hand, you might sell yourself short.

At times when planets pass (=transit) your Ascendant, it is a critical time where you have the opportunity to gain a new image or outlook on life, transform and reinvent yourself.

The 12 Houses

As mentioned, each house represents a certain area in life. The way how you experience those areas individually can be described by the particular sign(s) and planet(s) in that house.

Here is a brief overview of keywords for the particular 'life endeavors' or 'stages' of the 12 houses :

The 1st House

It starts at the AC / Eastern horizon / Sunrise point which is the birth of Self. Therefore, it describes your way of self-presentation, outer personality, physical body, vitality, independence, whether and how you express personal initiative to establish personal identity. With a strong 1st house, your presence is quite impressive. Planets in your 1st house are archetypes that strongly play themselves out in your personality, and you might be quite identified with those archetypal themes.

The 2nd House

Your values, possessions, assets and skills (physical , mental and spiritual ones), what you own and how you relate to possessions and mundane security, how you earn money and what the material plane means to you, how you manifest and use your resources for your own and for the greater benefit. 2nd house emphasized people tend to need self sufficiency strongly, therefore they often create their own business.

The 3rd House

How you experience intellectual stimuli through communicating, ideas, socializing. How you learn, your adaptability, versatility, variety, and interchange with others. Your contact with your immediate environment and random encounters with neighbors, relatives, 'people in the street'. It describes how flexible and interested you are in 'speaking their language' and relating to their mentality. With a strong 3rd house, you might be buzzing around, multi-task, multi-stream and enamored with the mind.

The 4th House

It starts at the IC / midnight point, which is the darkest point of the day, where the Sun would be 'on the other side of the Earth' and its direction is down into the ground through the core of the Earth, Therefore, it has to do with your relationship to your cultural inheritance, traditions and and roots, the past of your family background and ancestry, the private home base you create for yourself , your deeply rooted emotions and patterns that (seem to?) give you security, how you feel safe and protected to nurture yourself and others, your place in the world and in yourself where you can find psychological integration.

The 5th House

Your way of creative self-expression through play, fun, taking risks, hobbies, entertainment, romance and (falling in) love (could it be with your own creativity and playfulness?). Your children with their spontaneity are also ruled by this house, as well as your ‘inner child’ and 'inner (or also outer) artist and lover (not necessary partner). People with 5th house emphasis tend to be very entertainment, children and play oriented, yet the character of the planets in the house describe which 'players' come out when 'the game is on'.

The 6th House

How you relate to integrating yourself in your job/work environment, your approach towards service, daily routines and 'rituals', how you take care of your health, attend to details at work and in your body, how you put your physical, emotional and mental tools to use. Every master starts as an apprentice, and when you have a strong 6th house, you are humble enough to know that you need to practice daily, in order to apply your knowledge in a helpful way towards others' and your own well being.

The 7th House

The DC as the cusp of the 7th house (Sunset point) is furthest away from the AC = the Self and therefore associated with significant others you relate to eye-to-eye and one-on-one. What (private and business) relationships mean in your life, how you see your partners, and what you project onto them (=what you perceive as ‘not-me’). Also, how you relate to your ‘favourite’ enemies and competitors. Ideally, you aim for negotiation, compatibility, and win/win. People with a strong 7th house tend to live very much through / for relationships, either by seeing themselves basically as 'half of a couple', or vicariously live out certain traits through their partners, or they choose to channel the potential into consulting and counseling professions.

The 8th House

How inner growth happens in your life through deeply transformational processes and crises, especially via deep involvement with people close to you; the death-rebirth experience on all levels; sexuality, death; sharing and merging of your resources in marriage and intimate relationship; the power to make changes in your life, how you use power. With a strong 8th house, you might be drawn to taboos and intense situations that have a thrill and potential of deeply changing you, so that you experience yourself as Phoenix out of the ashes!

The 9th House

What gives your life (and also the 8th house processes) meaning: Philosophy, religion, your approach to finding your truth and forming a worldview, ideals and beliefs; how you gain perspective through traveling to foreign countries, how you expand your horizon through studying, higher education, your social adeptness. 9th house people need to grasp the whole picture of a situation, and tend to dwell in the 'higher', abstract, possibly academic realms where 'the air is thin'. Or they are notorious travelers, cosmopolitans and 'nomads', questing for greener pastures as soon as they seem to have settled.

The 10th House

It starts at the MC / midheaven which is your individuation point, where you want to be when you are grown up in a true sense, having emancipated from old conditioning of your 'cradle' (IC), (mostly) dealt with the past, and ready to become a self made human being. Therefore, it describes your relatedness to your life purpose, career, profession and (self) mastery; how you set goals and go after them; achievements, recognition, social status and reputation; how you relate to and play a part in society, authorities and (positive or negative) role models in your life, including the forming influence from your parents in that respect. Also, how people see you in a public context, rather than privately / one-on-one, which is the energy of the AC and 1st house.

The 11th House

Your (self chosen) group involvement, projects and common objectives with like-minded spirits, co-creation, friendships, clubs, social activities outside of family and career, how you contribute and synchronize to a chosen ideal or vision. How you would like to see a 'better future for humanity' and how you go about that. Strong 11th house people tend to be very socially engaged and need to contribute to the spirit and cause of the activities they co-promote. They are believers in the synergistic principle "the whole is bigger than the sum of its parts".

The 12th House

Your very private and in fact transcendent encounter with the universe and your spiritual nature, your soul’s development, how you experience oneness, boundlessness and interrelatedness of everything in your life, your retreat (escape?) from the busy world, where you find a connection with the ‘Beyond’, loving and compassionate service; sensitivity to subtle energies, the mystical and the psychic side of you, hidden and mysterious forces in you, the capacity to transmute unhealthy patterns.

The end - and beginning of a new cycle!

The individual signs and planets that fall in all those 12 houses colour your life experience in unique ways. An astrological consultation is based on the professional interpretation of your specific combination of these components.

Ok this might be the dumbest question ever, but I'll ask anyway....

Why are Scorpios also called a 'water sign' when a scorpion is a land animal that lives in the dessert? I have heard that scorpions are related to crabs (I'm talking literal scorpions and crabs lol), but they still don't live in the water.

I just had to get that out, because I've wondered for a long time haha :D

how important are rising signs?

I asked this in another tribe but no-one answered. Maybe because I was new so first off apologies if it seems that I've just landed and I'm asking questions right away. I will do my best to contribute to the other posts too :-)

Anyway rising signs. I met a guy recently and we had a definite connection but we're living in different countries so beautiful as it was (and it was!) we both accepted that it was only ever to be a fleeting thing. However, I don't want to later discover that I made a big mistake in letting it go and although I don't live my life purely by astrology I thought I'd check out what people think about our compatability.

I'm pisces, he's leo but my rising sign is saggitarius and his is scorpio and I wondered if that was significant at all ie both sun signs being compatible with other's rising signs. We've also both got venus in air signs, his in libra, mine in aquarius. Do these things matter as much as your sun sign? Do they matter more? Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
