I speak to you this day about Art. What you call "Art" is a reflection of the Master Artist of all of the Universes! I am the Muse of your Dreams. I am your Inspiration and your fulfillment of those dreams. I am Veroni ke and I am on the Rainbow Light. Our crew is from many different Planets in the Milky Way Galaxy.
Although the Beauty of your Planet has been somewhat tarnished by destructive human practices which you call "Progress," she is still a Great Jewel of our Galaxy. She is small compared to some but she is Mighty in her beautiful Soul! We find it sad that so few Humans really SEE her beauty. Some are in cities and unable to even ride to less populated areas and to walk in the grass or beside the sea or to hike a majestic forest. These are a banquet for the soul.
Humans are meant to be an integral part of Nature and yet the vast majority of your Planetary residents cannot even relate to Her! That will change My Dears. You will not be living such an artificial life in near future! Your communities will be designed within a close interaction with your Earth Mother. Your lives will be clean and peaceful and you will live in harmony upon, and with your Planet.
We, on the Rainbow Light are Painters, Dancers, Singers, Sculptors, Carvers, Architects, Musicians, Holographic Filmmakers and Photographers, Gardeners, and Designers of all sorts within the Arts! Yes, our ship is a very happy, and harmonious place! We look forward to helping you to restore your Beloved Earth to her Pristine Condition and we will help you to design buildings that truly blend with the surrounding landscape!
There is much color and beauty of sight and sound to be added to your lives. We are here to help! We, as you are looking forward to our happy reunion in the near future. We will come with songs and dancing and lightness of heart and will help you to bring Joy back to Mother Earth and All who live upon Her! We leave you now with Joy, Love, Beauty and a song echoing in your nights and days until we meet (Again)

THE CHRISTMAS SPIRIT/GIFT OF LOVE...(EVEN IF MOST HERE ARE PAGANS, GOOD ADVICE!)

Christmas time is a time of giving. The holiday spirit is in the air. Beyond giving presents, most people will put themselves out for others more than is usual during this season. They will make great efforts to be better tempered, kinder, and more thoughtful than they are at other times of the year. While this is praiseworthy it can also generate resentment leading to the "Grinch" effect.
I have learned that when I do something nice that a person has not asked of me, I must not expect him or her to be grateful. Nor if I am kind and thoughtful to others beyond what is comfortable for me, can I realistically expect a return on my "investment." What I have learned--sometimes the hard way was that it was all very well to be kind, loving and giving as long as I did not expect reciprocity.
The key word here is expect. I appreciate it when there is reciprocity, however, if I don't anticipate it, I will not be distressed if it is not forthcoming. In business, a superior has the right to expect a certain level of performance. In my daily life if I have expectations of others, whether of their performance or of their behavior I may be disappointed. If I am it is my fault, not theirs.
Often I have received back as good or better than I have given. Often I have not. Once I learned not to anticipate results I became much happier with my giving. I also felt freer not to do more for others than what felt good to me to do. When I do not need to feel appreciated for what I have done my heart can expand into the giving, and I can feel the true joy of Christmas all year round.
May all your giving be freely given and your heart be filled with joy,

of living into full flower on Your Earth Mother. Your creativity will
burst forth as you are assisted by your families from the Stars! You
will be surprised at how easy it is to go from lives of repression of
your Spirits to free, Galactic Humans!

We need to practice controlling our focus. Whatever we focus on we
become. We also become whatever we practice. We need to focus on
balance. Whenever something comes along to tilt us off balance, we
need to be grateful, because it allows the opportunity to practice our
focus. Sometimes this is called temptation. Temptation in itself is
not bad. What really counts is what we do with it when it happens. We
need to practice controlling our focus and keeping our thinking
focused on the Red Road.

If we want to be of maximum use to the Creator, we must ready
ourselves to do so. if we are to become a channel for His purposes,
we must prepare ourselves to do so. If we have resentment, fear,
selfishness, or anger, we are not hollow bones. We must be rid of
these things. We must change ourselves. We must ask for forgiveness
for ourselves and forgive our brothers and sisters. We must keep our
insides clean. We cannot use our power in a good way when we have
blockages such as hate, judgement and envy. When we are free of
these things the Higher Powers can use us beyond our wildest
imagination. Then we can really help ourselves and help our people.
Only when we are hollow bones can we have an effect on the world.
Oh Great Spirit, remove from me the things that block my usefulness
to You. Remove from my day all thinking that is out of harmony with
Your ways. Grant me Your peace and allow me to function as a hollow
bone.

Inside each of us is a voice. It is a quiet voice. It is a guiding
voice. If we listen for it, it will guide us, and help us avoid
disaster. It is especially active when we are afraid, when we are in
doubt, when we are scared, when we need help, and when we get angry.
If we are excited emotionally, it is hard to hear this voice. If we
are angry, it's hard to hear this voice because it is usually quiet.
The best thing we can do is to practice getting quiet. If we don't
get quiet, there is another voice called the judge. It tells us to
attack or say bad things to other people or to judge ourselves. This
voice is loud and usually gets us into trouble.
Creator, Great Mystery, help me listen for the quiet voice. Let me
know this voice of Yours. Your ways are gentle. Guide me with this
voice. Thank you -

ACCEPTENCE~

There is a Master Plan. There are Natural Laws that run the
universe. Everything on the earth has a purpose. Change is constant.
That which is built is constantly being destroyed. That which is
loose is being used to build new things. Nothing can be destroyed,
only rearranged. Change will happen and every setback is only
temporary. In other words, the Creator is in charge. We are not in
charge. He designed the universe. He runs the universe and He will
change what needs to be changed. As humans, it is easier for us to
participate in all of this if we are spiritual. We need to be tuned
in. Therefore, God gave us the spiritual concept of acceptance. When
things change, we can change ourselves through the principle of
acceptance.
Great Spirit, let me live today in acceptance of Your will. Today
let us do it Your way.
