Hi~ I joined this tribe in search for my truth with my experience with Santeria. I hope that someone can help bring some clarity to my situation and experience I encountered with Santeria. I appreciate if you could read this post throughly. I will do my best to be as descripitive and Humble as possible without judgement or misunderstandings on my part.

Last summer I got involved with a man whose from Chile and was living in Canada and he praticed Santeria. He invited me to do ceremonies with him. He shortly moved in with me and we shared a sacred Temple space together. He said I am the daughter of Oshuna as he is Chango. We are no longer together and is living now in Chile. Long story short....After our separation I felt a huge weight lifted from me. During our relationship, I felt I became someone else. I felt submissive and controlled. I felt he made an attachment on me. Does this makes sense? My Question is....In Santeria, I believe that there is white Magik and Black Magik. I have been doing some research by reading books. And Travelling to Brasil to understand and learn more about Santeria, Condomble. My encounters in Brasil were also mind blowing experiences. My question is...How does one know if, for instance, This particular person was actually playing with Black Magik? On Me? As a matter of fact, I knew that he was. But,,,How do I untie this attachement and free myself from him and this energy. He also was very Hush about anything I asked. I am confused. I send him his belongings in the temple and have taken down everything and put it in Bags. I dont know what to do with the rest of the stuff.
I personally do not want to keep anything and I want my space to be cleared. Can you please give me any guides and information as to what I should do and also explain in your highest wisdom and all due respect as to what I experienced.
I am not writing everything as I feel sort of unconfrotable.
He used rhum and cigars as well on the temple...Candles...photos....Offerings for the Orishas
I played Congas and sang in Yoruba for the Orishas
And I sensed their presence
I truly believe all this
But would like to have more detailed Information
