I am a doctoral student at Ball State University conducting a university approved study focusing on body image and eating attitudes. Women, ages 18 years and older, are encouraged to participate. I ask that if you wish to participate that you please do so at your earliest convenience and participate only once. Your involvement in this project is greatly appreciated. You will be asked (after following the link below) to agree to the informed consent before the brief survey can be accessed. Please feel free to pass this on to other female bellydancers, 18 years and older.

The survey should take between 15-20 minutes to complete. All data will be maintained as anonymous. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary and you are free to withdraw from the study at anytime for any reason without penalty or prejudice from the investigator.
