I am looking for street performers for Mardi Gras- Feb 2 from 7-2am. Obviously, I need you guys but was hoping you could send a plea out to your contact list as well for anyone who would like to be a part of things: fire spinners, knife throwers, sword dancers, drummers, stilt walkers, acrobates, magicians...ect, you get the picture...we need a carnivale in the streets! Any ideas?

We are changing things around this year to include some HAT (huge ass tents) with heat and getting rid of the big outdoor stages in place of jumbotrons projecting images from New orleans webcams! Hopefully it will help us control that uncontrolable weather thing a little better! We will still have performers outside, but if we can get enough people involved, hopefully we can rotate folks from outside to inside so that there is always something going on but noone gets frostbite!
