It was very good, for small town but,
"Northern California Renaissance Faire", What?, Where?, When?.
Was there another banner, that I missed that stated details, of the upcoming faire?.
Or were there restrictions, placed upon you guys/gals?.

Re: Watsonville Parade!
Wed, July 9, 2008 - 8:12 PMYes, there are always restrictions on what we can do in a parade, like hand out flyers with the information. That is why several of us walk along the outside talking to the audience, telling them where and when the faire is held, and inviting them to come.
The banners have to do us for every year, so we can't change them. This is a component in the overall publicity plans of Play Faire. -

Re: Watsonville Parade!
Thu, July 10, 2008 - 12:33 PMThanks, Sandy, I figured as much, about some sort of restrictions, the reason I brought it up, was because even though Watsonville, is relatively close, to Casa de Fruta, just follow 152 (though 129, I believe is quicker, to 101). I remember a long time ago there was some sort of survey, something about people, even though living just a few miles, from the ocean, yet have never been to it, their whole lives, in other words, the people in Watsonville, may not even know about the Ren-Faire, at Casa de Fruta, let alone where Casa de Fruta is.
As Spike reminded me, to all you marchers, Thank you!. It was worth the drive (gas, on the other hand... just kidding).
