Q- How can I continue to promote CDT while the office is closed?
A- During the holiday season the office will be closed, however the online payment system is ACTIVE to better serve you.
Q- What if I don’t have a VISA to use the online payment?
A- You can get a free Visa at www.epassporte.com.
You may load the Visa via MasterCard or ACH
Q- What if I have a technical issue while the office is closed.
A- Please contact us though email for urgent issues. The emails will be periodically checked during the holiday season. Please only send emails for urgent matters.
Q- What if I want to pay for someone else?
A- For the security of CDT and Diamond Traders, the cardholder can only pay for them self or for a family member with the same last name. If the last names do not match, you will not be able to pay through the online system. However, if you set up a Virtual Visa through Epassporte, you can choose the name on the card to match that of the registrant. Visit www.epassporte.com for details.
Q- What if I cycle out of the Feeder Program during the holidays will I be re-entered into the diamond program.
A- YES. CDT will place users on the table who cycle out of the Feeder Program.
Q- What if I cycle out of the Diamond Program during the holidays will I be re-entered into the Diamond program.
A- You may simply SIGN IN to be re-entered. Choose YES to Re-enter. The next time you sign in, you can pay by Visa. Your full $3000.00 marketing fee will be paid to you after the holidays rather than having it scooped from your commission.
Q- What about my marketing fee. How will I be paid during the holidays?
A- If you cycle by December 16, 2005 your funds will be sent to you via EVisa, Wire or Cheque. If you cycle after December 16, 2005 you will be paid in the New Year.
