CDT NEWS BULLETIN – WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 30TH 2005

Happy Greetings from the CDT Corporate Office.

The content of this bulletin primarily consists of administrative news and information that impact the day-to-day operations at CDT. We hope this CDT news bulletin will increase and improve the dissemination of information relating to general administrative matters affecting Diamond Traders, administrative, and support staff.

In order to provide CDT's global community with accurate information, our website www.candiamonds.com, will be frequently updated. It is the responsibility of all Diamond Traders to keep abreast of all changes and modifications implemented. Please review these changes and pass the information on to your network. Take advantage of the wealth of knowledge provided to you on our website.

*** IMPORTANT NOTICE***

CDT promotes creative marketing strategies exercised by our Diamond Traders as long as the information promoted is truthful. Any Diamond Trader who would like to use our name or logo for marketing diamonds must receive written authorization directly from CDT before it can be used. Diamond Traders who promote false or misleading statements about CDT or its program will be removed from the program and legal action will be taken. Any marketing material found to have misleading information must be updated with the correct information or it must be removed.

* The Ontario Management Board of Cabinet (OMBC) does not endorse businesses or business models. The OMBC is a government body which confirms legal documents and the registration of notaries in Ontario. CDT has filed its corporation papers with the OMBC to assist international solicitors and businesses with access to verify the said documents.
* Any marketing material divulging the name of CDT’s lawyer must be removed immediately.
* It has come to our attention that our lawyer, the Chamber of Commerce and Gem Scan International are receiving hundreds of calls in regards to CDT. These businesses are not equipped to attend to hundreds of calls in regards to CDT. Please do not contact these businesses.

*** IMPORTANT NOTICE ***

As of Wednesday November 30th 2005, CDT will no longer accept MasterCard payments. Based on the rate of our growth, MasterCard has been deemed to be a high risk payment option as they are unable to provide us with the security needed to protect CDT and Diamond Traders worldwide. In its place a number of new payment options will soon be added. Check the website for updates.
Any marketing material found to have misleading information must be updated with the correct information or it must be removed. To have your ad or website approved by CDT please send an email to admin@candiamonds.com with MARKETING APPROVAL in the subject section.

Double charges will take approximately 30 days to refund. To avoid this process, please choose one method of payment processing.

CDT advises extended security while paying for your diamond deposit. If you call in to make your payment and have a network of people on the conference call with you while divulging your personal information, please know that you have CHOSEN to expose yourself to fraud. CDT will not be held responsible for your information being exposed.

ANNOUNCEMENT #1

Our online payment system will soon be in place. The system implementation is complete and the security features are being implemented as a final step. This system will greatly reduce any delays in Diamond Trader Account Activation. It is important to understand the effects of this automated function:

Once your payment is processed online, you will be instantly placed on a Diamond Table and this will not be reversed. It is your responsibility to ensure that your sponsor has paid BEFORE you and is ACTIVE on a Diamond Table. It is also your responsibility to ensure that you are active BEFORE your workers activate their account. The system will not wait for anyone who has not made payment for activation. If your sponsor is not on the board the FOLLOW THE LEADER SYSTEM will initiate. FAXED ORDERS will also be processed and placed immediately upon approval.

ANNOUNCEMENT #2

It is our pleasure to announce that the CDT Visa is available and being distributed. Commencing December 1st 2005, all Diamond Traders outside of Canada will be required to obtain a CDT Visa to ensure that all commissions are transferred rapidly and to diminish any delays caused by shipping. There is no need to request for your CDT VISA card, as it will be mandatory very soon. If you attain Collector status in November, you must place your request only AFTER your diamond table splits.

ANNOUNCEMENT #3

NEW! CDT is launching a new specialized department in Diamond Grading and Appraisals. CDT will have GIA Accredited Appraisers on board for the new division and expansion. This will greatly reduce delays created by waiting for outsourced appraisal companies to complete reports prior to delivering diamonds, while preserving the GIA standard of quality.
