Cayenne Pepper for aid in ascension

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knew how this aids in ascension? I am intuiting it is dealing with the kundalini life force and the base and heart chakra since it called to me when this is what I was needing. I am in the process of letting go of a 13 year relationship with someone who is blind to ascension and with whom I cannot continue on with. We have 2 little children and I so now I am a single mum of two. I have been intellectually coming to grips with everything but emotionally it was very hard for me to assimilate. I found the herbal supplements of Cayenne during the day and Valerian root at night to be very helpful in literally lighting the fire in my belly to help me process. It is like walking in a sweat lodge every day. It feels purging as if evaporating some of the melancholic vibrations through the heat. The Valerian seems to help me to rest at night turning down the volume on internal dialogue.I have my own experience to go by but was curious if anyone else felt drawn to this spice at this time and why, what for? I looked into the herb/tone section of ascendpress but did not see cayenne listed. I know it is good for the heart and the blood. any ideas anyone?

from joy to sadness in a blink of an eye

I standing in the kitchen making lunch for my kids feeling just fine when an energy of deep sadness hit me out of the blue like a cool roll of waves samming into my chest and stomach, Tears rolled down my face and I started crying, moments later, it was gone nothing lingered and the rest of my day has been filled with light and peace, ease yet a n undertone of feeling almost outside the world. this is not the first time.

day before yesterday I was in my car , stopped at a stop sign and A huge bolt of joy and grace flooded into the car bubbling up around me and pouring over me like a warm oil from the top of my head. I actually made sure no one was behind me or at the intersection and prayed right there, mantra over and over while I felt this radiant energy pour over me, I felt such grace where moments before I was going over the list of things I had to get at the store. then it subsided and I was left feeling so warm and peaceful for the rest of the day and each day since, I find all I have to do in a tense situation is call the memory back and I can feel it.

Anyone having such experiences?

conditions of the heart

I am wondering if anyone else has had or knows anything about the physical side effects of ascension when it comes to heart function. As we are working on integrating above and below make and female at the heart chakra level, I can understand there is much energetic change going on. I was born with a mitral valve prolapse or heart murmur. It has always been relatively small. Now however, I feel that it is constantly fluctuating, my family says I need to go have my condition looked at but I do not want to go the route of western medicine for a condition that I know is not physical as much as spiritual.

introduction

Hello Francine,
I just joined your tribe. I've been working on my conscious biological ascension through ascendpress.org since about July this year. since then, I've definintely reduced my time on the computer and internet as I think most who take this particular path will do as we reduce our exposure to electrical energy. I'm curious to see how many others here will be interested in a discussion forum for biological ascension. many other tribes on tribe.net focus upon sacred geometry and merkaba energy which (we) of course are looking to replace with the Language of Light and Language of ONE. As my ascension takes off I'm definitley releasing many relationships, it's nice to communicate with another on a similar path.
