Workshop ideas?

I am organizing workshops for the Northwest Film and Video Festival. What kind of day/half day film/video workshops would people like to come to? Marketing your film? Animation? Fundraising? Storyboarding?

How to arrange and plan and execute a low-budget shoot that doesn't alienate everyone you touch, and in fact, keeps 'em coming back for more.

Everyone has horror stories about low-budget shoots that Went Bad, where things were totally intolerable and sucked. Big budget people have Well-Paid Folks taking care of this, but the little guys (like us) have to make it as sweet as possible using only our wits and creamy delicious words.

A little primer wouldn't hurt new folks. Or old folks with "tudes".

How to Show the Love to your Crew.

Ditto on storyboarding as well as editing and sweetening audio.

How about emphasis on making the workshops as affordable as possible. Lots of us live without stuff like health care and education often takes a place lower on the priority list.

Yeah, basic audio sweetening and mastering would not suck. Considering that's a huge problem with amateur work, I'll bet it's effective use of teach-powers.

these a great ideas. Keep them coming. Maybe it would be good to have a panel discussion of producers/directors and how they finesse low budget film crews. Tell some stories from the trenches, etc.
