im looking for someone to share the back unit of my buddies house with me. the unit is completely seperated from the front and is two stories. we would share the entire units space together. the bottom is a living room and a kitchen and the top is a bathroom and a big room my old roommate and i shared. like i said, this is the back unit of my friends house and i recently moved in myself because of the wonderful opportunity. with that being said, there is also access to the yard, tool shed, etc.

rent is $600 PLUS UTILITIES ($50 - $75) and it is available on the 1st of March.

the property is located right next to Safeway on mission st. its about a 10 minute ride to campus and also downtown.

a little about me; im a 21 year old male working in cupertino. i usually work from 9AM - 3PM mon - fri. im 420 friendly, outgoing, and respectful.
