Halloween in Salem attracts visitors from all over the world, and for good reason. It's rare that you'll find an entire town dedicated to dressing up, scaring one another and partying like it's the end of the world. Think Mardi Gras meets Tales from the Crypt.

For those of you that are from Salem, use this to post parties or events happening in or around the city. For those traveling, this will be an excellent way to meet people to celebrate this ghastly holiday with. After all, it takes a true native of Salem to know where the good scares are.

Tips: Get a hotel in advanced, they fill up quickly. Also if you can stay for a week or so, Salem goes into Halloween mode for several weeks, offering haunted houses, ghost tours and what not. The real fun is the 31st, but getting there early will still offer a good time.
