We have a growing number of delegates whose tickets appear to have gone astray in the post. If you paid for your ticket before the end of August and have not yet received your delegate pack please get in touch with us. You can opt for a further ticket pack to be sent to you or have us e-mail you an eTicket, which ever is most convenient.

Sadly I think either the tickets are either still waiting to be dealt with at the main sorting office or have been mislaid altogether. We are taking up a complaint with Royal Mail but in the mean time I'd like to apologise to everyone who has had to wait for their tickets to arrive and to thank you for your patience whilst we sort the problem out.
