Hi Afra
I've paid for my ticket but I haven't booked my workshops as I have been a bit pre-occupied.... I fell pregnant in July and although I thought I would belly dance throughout my pregnancy, I've been suffering with pregnancy fatigue, which means I have been unable to exercise at all for the last 3 months. I was hoping that it would lift in time for the Celebrating Dance Festival, but I'm still struggling, so it's looking unlikely that I will be able to come (or be fit enough to take part even if I did come).
What I am hoping is that you can confirm that I have a place and that it is ok to try to sell my ticket to someone else, who can then choose workshops for themselves. Is this OK?

First of all congratulations - what wonderful news! It's a shame that you won't be able to make it to the festival, but obviously the most important thing is to put you and the baby first. Plus there is no fun in going to a dance event knowing that you aren't well enough to take part!
I can definitely confirm that you have a place booked and I am happy for you to sell that place onto someone else. It is no problem for them to choose their own options, just ask them to get in touch with me to sort it all out.
I will need to know the name of the person coming in your place so that I can update my delegate database and advise the hotel that your friend will be sharing with a different person.

I just emailed you without looking here first. Thanks for your kind wishes. I really am delighted to be pregnant, but absolutely gutted that I can't come to the festival, I've been looking forward to it for months.
Thanks for confirming my place. I'm going to put a message on here to sell my ticket. Once I have that sorted, I'll email you the details of my replacement.
Have loads of fun, I'm sure it will be fantastic.
