bliss and celebration is our true nature .we have forgot it . real celebration and joy comes from our being.or by being spontanious and natural.we only know doing which creats tension and stress .but we dont know nondoing or just existing.all the doings takes us towards misery .
have you seen any bird or a tree miserable.have you seen any birds or trees having offices or a bank account.. no birds or tree or animals get depression or stress . they are singing and dancing whole the day .whole the existance is celebrating 24 hours .
but we human being have become so misreable and controlled that we have forgot the spontanity and celebration.
bliss and celebration is our true nature and they are not dependent on any out side object..have you ever felt that joy which comes when the rains comes.,have you ever felt the joy when you go for a morrnning walk and you feel the joy without any reason.sometimes it happens that you start. singing, for me this is the real celebration.
when you become one with the whole during the meditation or when you connect with the eternal source of the energy .you may call it source or god or nothingness or emptinees or a deep silence .once you allow yourself to be totally empty ,existance fills you with abundance of energy .and this abundant energy transforms in to creativity,like singinging, dancing ,laughter or any creative art.if you allow to flow this energy through your body it can take different forms.because now god is creating through you.you just become like a hollow bamboo ,you just become a passage for god to flow through you, to express through you..my understanding is that all the great arts or noble words comes to the world when you allow god to create through you .
joy and bliss is different from happiness. .happiness always brings its other side ,sadness .they are the both sides of a coin they come together. but the real joy which comes from being and living spontaniously dosent have any other side.its beyond duality.its our true nature ,but we have forgot it.
my retreat is about how to connect with our joy , spontanity ,being ,the playfull innocence,meditation ,living in the moment and learning how to live a life in a playfull way in our work and in our relationship..
When love is not just a desire for the other, when love is not only a need, when love is a sharing, then love is not that of a beggar but an emperor, when love is not asking for something in return but is ready only to give - to give for the sheer joy of giving .without any attachment , jealousy and possesion..but we dont know how to share our love without any relationship and possesion.we dont know how to transform the passion in to compassion . we dont know how to transform fear in to joy and celebration.we have forgot our laughter, dance ,singing.,harmony and commumion.
my retreat is about transformation ,abundance ,ecstasy , compassion ,expansion ,hormony . innocence, intimacy , communion,silence ,celebration and gratefullness .
