Mon, April 16, 2007 - 9:00 PMHey thanks for posting that Mike :0)
If my computer wasn't so pathetically slow I would've enjoyed it more (and for some reason the first link didn't work for me??)
*Sigh*
That was such a great concert! I had a blast that day. Wish they'd be back again soon.

Re: Gaelic Storm Dedham, MA.
Thu, April 19, 2007 - 12:32 PMI'll have to check those links out in a sec, we just finally got DSL and I can now enjoy YouTube as I should, lol! They are coming to my neck of the woods in early June again, I'm definitely planning on going, as, it may very well be the last time I see them. Bittersweet. Anyone want to take a gypsy road trip and go with Brynn and Ed and I? :-)
By the way, Brynn just told me that Ellery is leaving GS (waahhhhhhh!) due to being 7 mo. pregnant. That is awesome, (congrats to Ellery!) but she will SURELY be missed. I'm not really sure if she will be back either. :-( What a fiddler she is!
Thanks to Kevin's heads-up (MAJOR THANKS KEVIN!!) Eddie and I FINALLY got to see/meet/learn from/jam with Raquy last night at a club in DC! Holy smokes, that was one of the best times EVER, she and her whole band are just really nice people, and come to think of that, every single person at that club was just really nice. It's so rare these days!!
Peace and love to all, I miss you guys!
P.S. Phil, btw, I was messing around with my editing programs the other day and came across the footage of you spinning fire at Riversong last year, I'll try to show you all what I did with it; I put it to a Loreena McKennit song (aptly named "Fire Dance") and it looks really awesome!! -

Fri, April 20, 2007 - 1:29 PMHey Meg-
Why would it be your last time seeing GS? You're not going anywhere far away, are you???
Oh, how awesome you got to see/meet Raquy! I can just imagine what a blast it must've been for you and Eddie.
I definitely hope to some day....due to being broke, it may be awhile...apart from school and back (and I'm filling up my tank every other day it seems!) I haven't been going far the past few weeks. :0(
Miss you, and I need to talk to you soon!

Re: Gaelic Storm Dedham, MA.
Sun, April 22, 2007 - 2:50 PMHey Hey,
I would love to see that footage, Meg! I totally forgot that there was video from that. Yay for beautiful trips to fabulous places. You better not be moving too far away, I never get to see you as it is. Then again I never get to see anyone. Busy boy, busy boy. This summer's going to be even harder to get away and see people. F.A.D.E (my performance group) got the Six Flags job and will be performing for the thousands of Six Flags patrons all summer. Needless to say I am going to go so crazy this summer. Yay, for extremely awesome, and life altering gigs.
I love you all,
Phil -

Wed, April 25, 2007 - 9:21 PMYeah, way to go Phil! Which Six Flags is it? In MA?? Awesome. I just finished messing around with that footage I had mentioned, though now I have no idea how to render it for the web, grr, I'll figure it out I guess. It's only a minute and a half and a test for some fx I wanted to try, hehe. :-)
