Just thought I'd post this in case not everyone had heard about the change to Fairever passes this year. From the MDRF site:

"Fairever passes will include a photograph of the pass holder. Patrons with completed passes will be granted entrance to Revel Grove via a private entrance.

By Order of King Henry VIII:

The first 500 loyal patrons to purchase 2007 Fairever Passage to Revel Grove prior to August 10, 2007 will be entered in a drawing to win 1 of 25 invitations to attend a private party to be held above the White Hart Tavern on September 22, 2007. Food and Beverage to be provided by the Maryland Renaissance Festival.

It is further Ordered that:

All loyal patrons to purchase Fairever Passage to Revel Grove prior to August 10, 2007 will be entered to win a private seating for two (2) with King Henry at a Royal Joust. Appropriate Tudor Attire Required. An additional five winners will receive a 2007 Maryland Renaissance Festival Limited Edition Mug. Drawing to be held August 15, 2007.

Passes can be ordered online by submitting Name, Mailing Address, Telephone Number and Photograph to info@rennfest.com then phoning the Festival Office at 800-296-7304 with credit card information (MasterCard, Visa or American Express) — or — by sending a check made payable to Maryland Renaissance Festival and photograph to: Maryland Renaissance Festival, PO Box 315, Crownsville, Maryland 21032. Completed passes will be mailed."


So it looks like we all need to get our act together before opening day to be sure passes are in hand.
