We will be having a raw food potluck on October 14 at 3:00 pm. It will be held at Triapolis Wellness Therapies and Education at 620 Town Square. The pot luck is free. Also, if you are interested in an introductory class, we will have a class at 12:00 before the pot luck. Cost for the class is $25. You are welcome to come even if you just want to find out about this healthy lifestyle. We will have plenty of delicious food to taste.
