-Candle forms- let’s really do as much as we can with these forms as they are going so well so far! It really speaks to people to be able to honor their loved ones in this way, so what better way to raise money for this cause! If you need a candle form or money envelope to set out at work or pass around to your friends, just let Margo or Annette know. When we turn in our forms to Annette, be sure to sign off on your form and Annette can sign to receive the money for the fundraiser.

-tentative date for a bellydance showcase to promote the ShiCu Gala show is May 9th at Borders. Can’t sell tix or t-shirts here but can hand out flyers and promote the event!

-Deadline for selling your Gold tickets is May 1st. Pm or call Annette (814) 460-4556 for gold tickets…they are going fast!

-Candle Dancers- Annette is working up the details on where we’ll sit after the dance and how we’ll get there. Candle Dancers do need to purchase a seat for the fundraiser and our first rehearsal is scheduled for Sat, April 12th, 4:30 Pm at NorthCoast.

-Need two people to man the Chinese Auction, and two people to serve as the ushers…any volunteers?

-Gala show line-up: keep watch for a message from Annette regarding the performance-the theme of your dance, the name and length of your song, also, be thinking of the color of your costumes (so the lighting can later be adjusted to compliment your costumes on stage) (Margo you think of everything, we love you! : )
