Food for Thought

So maybe some of you know I have worked at Jerry Uht park for like 5 years now. I was looking at work stuff on their website and came across this:

www.seawolves.com/seawolves...e-want-you

Its asking for all types of performers to come and dance or sing or do whatever at the baseball park, probably before the game. I know that there might be some unwanted "woo"ing, but I thought that this might be a nice way to advertise the event coming up. Just a thought.

that's a great idea.....it doesn't really say when they are doing this, just the 2008 season. When does the season start? Would the performance thing start before ShiCu? Otherwise we can't really promote it....... : )

The first home game is I think two weeks from now (the site is screwy right now). And you would have to call and ask about when or which game you would be able to do it. I'm not sure how popular this is but you would have to call to ask about all that. I'm only the messenger!

Well, I wouldn't perform there now simply because of the size of my belly, I don't think people at a ball game want to see a preggie dancer. Besides, my dancing is way slow now and I've left shimmies behind, so it wouldn't be very exciting or get the crowd moving.

Two weeks from now isn't bad, as long as the weather isn't still snowy. : (
I do think it's a nice idea though, if anyone else wants to go for it. Maybe in addition to announcing the event, flyers could be passed out (if the stadium is ok with that.)

Well whoever would want to perform would need to make the calls. Like I can talk to someone about it but they would need to talk to the people actually doing the work. And if it makes you feel better I have a belly too! Not because I'm preggers but cause the oh 8 months of inactivity has taken its toll. Plus you will lose it and....your having a BABY!

hahaha......maybe once I get back on my feet, you'll be on your feet, and we can lose our bellies together. Trust me, I gained 30 pounds already, and I don't have no 30 pound baby!

          Maybe you do.
And when you come out for a visit, Aunty Rowan will be happy to babysit your Giant Pumpkin baby Jessica.

You know Rowan I thought of you the other day. I saw this woman who looked like you if you were really short and gained a good 300 lbs and if you had chain smoked for a lifetime. She also looked mean and had a funny hat. Anyways you two had the same hair.....

              Dammit! That WAS me!!

I've had surgery to remove 6 inches from my legs, and I've been binge eating Crispy Cremes ever since I left the Erie. The chain smoking? Well, it wasn't too hard to ramp up from the casual smokes I was stealing from Salem all the time.

And deep down inside I've ALWAYS been mean.

You think my hat was FUNNY?! Well *%$#@# you too!
