Candle dance practice!

Thank all of you that participated in the first candle dance practice, I thought you all looked darn good for a first run through! I saw it on video and it actually looked great. I'm sure once the candles are lit, it's gonna really look awesome! I hope you all liked the song..I picked it because it's serious (not too depressing), yet strong and graceful...appropriate for this type of memorial dance! I want you all to feel proud to be part of this dance, it will be very special and hopefully something you will always remember being a part of!

Next practice will be at Northcoast Dance Studio 12 noon, Sat. 4/19, I will try to keep it around 1hr long so as to not hog up your Saturday!

Yes, from watching the practice, it does look really great, and everyone is picking up the choreography quickly. With so many more practices to go, it's going to be a very polished performance. I really like the song too, it sounds very processional and....I keep wanting to use the word grand or royal, but that sounds silly. Anyway. Plus, although it's a five minute song, the song/choreo never drags, it actually seems much shorter. I'm excited to see it on stage! Great job everyone!
