I was asked about 12th

12th is the brightest, the house of the rising sun, moksha, no psyche there, no shades

The error was in the zodiac, house system and ascendants. They e.g. thought that the sun was ascending at east or something.
The Cartesian house system has corrected this and more. Of course with crooked house systems and an a TWO SIGN error, the houses and zodiacal signs messed up. Morrinus Villafranche once said, well, the king of Sweden has all hism planets in 12th and he is undoubtfully healthy and longevity is upon him. Morrinus could not know that he was using the wrong zodiac, house system and ascendant set, but at least he was sincere.

Critical Degrees

I was reading this article:

And just out of curiousity decided to compare my chart to some of its critical degrees as well as a few other people I know. I have always been told my chart shows I will be significant in the eyes of the public. I personally feel my life is very fated and I am here to grow as a person and I have a strong desire somehow be a motivational writer or speaker, or work in a non-profit humanitarian field. Im sort of living life going with the flow right now for its what I feel Im supposed to do.
So I noticed I have a large amount of planets in critcal degrees according to the article as well as venus square pluto as my closest applying aspect.

Critical Cardinal Degrees 0-13-26 Aries Cancer Libra Capricorn:
Pluto 00 Libra (11th house)
Venus 00 Cancer (8th house)
Moon 13 Cancer (9th house)

Critical Mutable Degrees 4-17 Sag Pisces Gemini Virgo:
Saturn 17 Gemini (8th house)

Any planet or cusp 29 degrees:
Jupiter 29 Sag (2nd house)

My natal chart is also posted in my pics I was just wondering what anyone had to say about someone with so many critcal degrees in their chart.

Confused on time zones

So I am not the sharpest tool in the shed but I have no shame in asking what may appear to be stupid questions lol....BUT I have the kepler software and I pulled up my progressed chart. The kepler software uses Greenwhich mean time and Astro.com uses the UT time...so basically the ascendant is off and the placement of the planets are slightly different.
So...which should I use? I personally think maybe the UT but the GMT is seeming a little more accurate.
Any advice?

i The year 1992 is significant because of the first cubewano object 1992 QB1 being discovered and delineated. The event triumphs with an unending string of transneptunian discoveries like Varuna, Ixion, Quaoar, Orcus, 2005 FY9 and Eris. The first KBO to be delineated are those with H < 5, besides a set of (comparatively small) “outer guardians” (as published within our Nibiru Research Project) and distant comets. The large comets like Wild (and Machholz) qualify as apocalyptic door openers.
iiThe protest was that the Moon is in fact not a planet. If we were to introduce all of the moons of the solar system, then our own Moon would fit in., The P and X zodiac marked as obsolete.
iiiIAU Orion is however considered as closer to the ecliptic than Cetus. Sun in Orion and Cetus as standard sidereal positions.
ivSun in Orion is a possibility even within the IAU definitions, but Sun in Cetus is a slightly remote possibility, however open for academic research and of course haioled in astrology and exorcism, as Cetus remains the traditional constellation of the devil.
v 2014 is the crisis before 2020. The year 2014 has been first analyzed in our publication entitled AION, as concern the fall of Vatican. The subprime mortgage crisis may be at its peak in the year 2014.

ix The role is twofold. The easiest way to direct Witchållow is to project it for tropical astrology use. In that way the WMAP cold spot becomes a fictitious dot at 10 degrees Taurus tropical. xi The Academic Zodiac context includes the concept of the local zodiac as applied to horoscopes of beings, born on other planets. The Night & Day house system was introduced as our direct answer to the challenge of a single house system that would answer the logical needs of the astrologer as well as serve as didactic platform for the initiate. The Night & Day house system reflects the observed sky. While this statement may seem blunt, it nevertheless encapsulates mysterious simplicity. Let us not forget that the WMAP cold spot is rising in Eridanus in the Night & Day house system and nowhere else in all astrology over the past 3000 years. Neither the Chinese nor the Sumerian ever had such a house system, albeit it is the most obvious of all, being the blunt refection of the skies as we observe them from this planet Earth. Something so simple is surely welcome into our own technical culture, especially as able to handle our next step. Which is our next giant leap forward as technical culture? The Night & Day house system is able to handle local zodiacs on spacecraft as fed by the board computer. In other words while obsolete house systems could not handle Oslo in Norway, we are able to process horoscopes at any speed in whatever alien galaxy. The first obvious improvements are of topocentric nature, namely the Night & Day house system is able to analyze the horoscope for an undersea quake, as well as set the houses for the birthplace of Dalai Lama. The Cartesian system works anywhere in the galaxy with equal precision. Altitude is an integral part of the horoscope, as it is based on topocentric standards as implied within the Cartesian system. Depression and altitude affect the position of the Moon as well as other factors in a horoscope, especially when extreme. This point was largely overlooked by amateur astrology programs, which never prompted the operator at entering the altitude of the place. Considering the major difficulties that a superstitious astrology had in the past 3000 years, we can bluntly state that altitude is a minor problem of the past, successfully solved within the Night & Day house system. The Night & Day house system is actually based on azimuth and altitude, as following the logick of the observer. When the Moon is conjunct Jupiter in Orion one can see it. Whatever is shown in the house system can be observed in the real sky. Prior to our house system one could not find any relationship with the real sky as astrology was rightfully considered blunder and superstition. The Night & Day house system is not in the least confined to planet Earth only. In extension, we were able to assign local zodiacs to all the planets of the solar system; in addition, experimental areas as ruled by the Earth coorbitals, outer guardians, dwarf planets or comets. xvi Eris has been delineated as 2003 UB313 in the 12 houses of the horoscope. The original delineation are therefore unaffected by naming or even its nickname, Xena. Furthermore, “Eris in the 12 houses of the horoscope” has been separately applied to kids, the adolescent, women and even pets. This variegated approach to delineation follows on the trail of Quaoar, which has been delineated for love, finance and magick. Our first transneptunian delineation pertains to 1992 QB1. The major breakthrough was to come with 2000 WR106, Varuna; and whatever was written of Ixion, Sedna and 2002 TX300 is history.
xvii The X zodiac has been published on an early date, august 1st 2005. At the time, much as today we were fully operative and ready for analysis after working hard on TNO like Quaoar. Gigabytes of material were written and published around a single transneptunian object because it was so important to reach planetary status from being a mere transneptunian. The race begun silently in 1992 with the first cubewano, when astrologers were generally unaware of the new discoveries.

True, we have gradually lost interest in the upcoming centaurean discoveries since giant transneptunians kept us transfixed and busy. When a new giant like Sedna appeared it naturally dwarfed any centaur in importance as it commanded respect along with our total commitment.

What does Venus in Aries in the 6th house mean???

In my natal chart I have Venus in Aries. And it is in the 6th house. What exactly does this mean? If the 6th house is ruled by the sign Virgo does that mean I may express my Venus in a Virgo way??? Or is my 6th house based on what sign occupies my 6th house in my own birth chart? (hope you understand what I mean?) :)

Mercury in Pisces. Is it all that bad?

My Mercury is in Pisces. From what I've read...it seems that Mercury in Pisces is not a good placement...? What do you think? I also read that Mercury in Pisces is not that bad as long as there is positive aspects with your Mars, Pluto, Ascendant, Uranus, and Neptune.

But in my birth chart I have:

Solar Return Chart confusion

Oh yes, so I found that my rising for this is Pisces, and this is what I found:

In Pisces, this could be a very dreamy, possibly directionless year when you tend to prefer to live in a dream world rather than attend to picky details of everyday life. It could be a time when you hide yourself away a little, work on something behind the scenes, or have a greater need for solitude. It could also be a real "escapist" year. Something hidden or private may occupy a good portion of your thoughts and your time this year. Some restlessness is likely, and you may have some concerns about what lies ahead of you, which could be at the root of your need to escape.

Hmm, this is true for me this year, since I am recovering physically from a traumatic accident still. Plus, I'm getting my life back on track with going back to college and trying to find work, so yes. Big time year of the recovery.

Do you feel the significance of Venus and Mars in your love life? I heard that if you are a man then your sign and house placement of Venus is what you look for in a woman. If you are a woman then your sign and house placement of Mars is what kind of man you are attracted to. However some men identify with their Venus and some women with their mars. I don't think we should assign a gender to Venus and Mars even though Venus is traditionally feminen and Mars is Masculine.

North node AND Saturn in Aries in 8th house

I'm new here to tribe and this is my first post. I am intermediate as far as astrology and want to one day become an astrologer. I am really beginning to delve into my own chart and am learning to pull it all together. What confuses me is that I see north node as favorable but saturn as not, but with both being in the same house- how should I interpret that? Any perspective is welcome and appreciated.

I posted in my pictures the horary chart I am referring to....

I see the answer to the question of will the quernt be together with the person they are attracted to as "yes" being the ruler of the 1st house is venus and the ruler of the 7th is mars and they are sextile to one another.
My question goes along the lines of something I read on a web sight that stated how to define the time line. It said:
The amount of time involved can be found by counting the number of degrees between Significators for an aspect to be exact. Time is measured in days, weeks, months, years or unknown according to the quality of the sign the Signifcator of the querent is in, and its house occupancy. In a cardinal sign and angular house, time is in days; in a cardinal sign and succedent house, time is in weeks; in a cardinal sign and cadent house, time is in months. If the Significator is in a fixed sign and angular house, time is in months; in a fixed sign and succedent house, time is in years; in a fixed sign and cadent house, time is unknown. If the Signifcator is in a mutable sign and angular house, time is in weeks; in a mutable sign and succedent house, time is in months; in a mutable sign and cadent house, time is in years.
Venus is a mutable sign in the 9th cadent house...and the degrees between the aspect being exact are four years...does this mean they couple will be together in four years?
Does anyone have experience with this practice in horary?

But then in HOUSE PLACEMENTS...I have...

What's more important??? Planet positions? Or House Placements?

ALSO, IF Pluto is in my 1st house...does that mean I have Scorpio traits as well as Libra traits?

am new to the whole charting and all...recently i had my and my "boyfriend's" chart done, here is the result: HIM: sun-aquarius/pisces cusp, moon: scorpio, gemini rising, venus: aquarius, mars:aries; ME: sun: aries, moon: cancer, gemini rising, venus: gemini, mars: libra...somebody help. there is something special between us..i know it and so does he..we met about 3 months ago. I had to figure that he needs his space, he sort of evaporates..once I figured out it had nothing to do with me, I'm ok, most of the time with it. when we are together it's magic, I don't know any other way to describe it....he is very guarded though..he's not verbally demonstrative, but he will do things that are more incredible than words..he picked a flower this morning; I was sitting on the stairs, he tossed it at my feet and said, there should be flowers are your feet...he almost scares me...but I can't stay away. I like my own time too, so I respect that...i just wish i saw him more..

Supposedly This is "The Messiah's" Or Antichrist's Birth Chart

I picked this up doing an online search about the Antichrist's birth chart. I did not expect to find anything but strangely enough I found this right off. I can not read charts but am very interested in it. I am also interested in the Antichrist mythology if you will. My girlfriend knows a little bit about charts and she is very limited in it. But she looked at it and said it was "something like Annakin from Star Wars". That peaked my attention right there.

I have a lot of Scorpio in my chart. I love it and hate it at the same time. I'm WAY overly emtional, proned to depression and I always feel like I'm an outsider looking in. There have been many times I wish I could be more light hearted. At the moment I'm seeing a Libra sun and I know I'm just too much for him. That sucks :( I really like him he balances me and makes me laugh but I'm driving him away with my dark moments. planets in 10th house

Hello everyone. I've just recently started delving into my own chart, and this is how I've started learning more about astrology. I hope to be adept at chart interpreting pretty soon, and be able to be on the giving end of this forum. For now I am trying to understand what astrology has to say about my own path.

So my biggest conundrum is my 10th house. I have 3 planets in it - Sun, Mercury, and Saturn - and this is the only house I have 3 planets in at that. It would seem that career plays quite a role in my life. (Chart on my profile and in photos for bigger image, btw.)

However, that seems to contradict me and my life so much. I have never really had any career aspirations. In fact, I went back to school last year in hopes of inspiring some sort of career aspiration, but it didn't happen. I just discovered that there is nothing academically that I have enough drive to persevere through school (and loans) for.

In fact, I may be one of the only people I know who is truly devoid of this type of aspiration. To me, jobs have always just been that - J.O.B.s. I wish very much to find some sort of field that interests me and inspires me one day, but I don't know where to even begin searching for that. Work environments have been very painful experiences for me - both because of issues with authority and feeling insecure during those first few weeks or months of trying to learn a new job. And then once the insecurity subsides as I fully acclimate to the job, boredom and the feelings of futility and "this is so fucking meaningless" take over and make my life seem hollow.

So you could say that career is probably the LEAST meaningful thing to me... except for the constant innate longing to better the situation.

Could anyone offer any insight as to how the 10th house plays such a leading role in my chart? And perhaps if there are other 10th house characteristics it could point to besides career?

I have a chart posted in my profile pics labeled "Tchart.gif" and I'd be interested in any basic info on it.
This person is a friend who does not exhibit typical Scorpio traits, except for extreme privacy and secrecy. They don't want to delve into people's minds or solve any mystery.... I have a feeling their Leo Ascendant bears more influence for some reason, because they appear quite happy, good-natured, are well liked by all, very humorous and great at a party. I am trying to discern how they handle anger. I've known this person for almost 3 years, but they keep their temper under control. I'm wondering if they are going to explode one day. lol

As I've switched back and forth between Western and Vedic and tropical and sidereal, I've learned that astrology is astrology. Different traditions of astrology are all looking at the same thing, only from different perspectives. Jyotish or Vedic astrology offers a rich wellspring of astrological wisdom that stems from an ancient culture that was both spiritual and scientific. These days, the way I read charts is unique in that I apply Vedic techniques to the tropical signs of the zodiac. Why am i attracted to Virgos????

I have noticed that most of my crushes are Virgos.
I don't have any frnds among girls who are Virgos.
Cant figure out why.According to what i know ,I should be attracted to Leos or fire signs right ?Again my friends usually are either water signs or earth signs...I mean my close friends (again here no virgos except for guy friends)
Would be extremely helpful.
Can any one shed light on this?

Am I the Next Auntie christ?

I doubt it, But I feel like she's hounding me with these transits. Transiting neptune is BOTH conjunct sun and opposite natal uranus. and sextile natel Jupiter. I know what the individual transits say but what is the combination doing? Any advice would be appreciated.

Chiron Interpretations

I'm looking for general Chiron information, and specifically Chiron 11th house cancer opposed Neptune in 5th house Cancer. Any help would be welcome. Links to information, or books with the information. I already have Chiron by Barbara Hand Clow and this book predates the Chiron/Neptune opposition therefore she has not information on it.
