Throwing a party?

Now y'all will know my secret. ;)

1 bag tortilla chips ($1.99)
1/2 package of the cheap cream cheese
couple scoops of Tostidos medium salsa

Microwave cream cheese for no more than 20 seconds. Mix in salsa to blend. Serve with chips.

That's been a good cheap party addition as well as supplimental dinner many times.

    whenever i want to have friends over for a party but am very limited on cash i have a potluck. i usually make two pizzas, buy premade crust and a few toppings and throw in the oven. there is always an abundance of food and leftovers to eat for my lunch for the rest of the week.

    instead of cream cheese I shed some chedder or what ever I have into Salsa. If you buy HOT salsa you can add a small can of diced tomatos to stretch it more! YUM
