Cheap Movie Reviews public - created 09/21/05

Called Cheap for two reasons, first: all movies reviewed should be on DVD for less than $9.99 (not including taxes). In effect, a movie you can own for less than the cost of a theater ticket, or a couple of late rental fees.

Second, it's cheap because no one is paying you for your opinion.
