I also just got my copy of Sandra's new isolations DVD. I haven't gotten a chance to watch it all the way through. It is a beginner DVD, but has some exercises and variations that dancers of any level can use. And her explanations are really good. Which for me is great, since I am going to start teaching classes in April.

did Michelle get back to you personally? I ordered my Sandra dvd and the latest BDFD I think 3 weeks ago or maybe 2.. am wondering if she sent it or maybe she is too busy with filming? Just curious, not meaning to rush her..

I ordered my DVD directly from Sandra's website, I don't know if that makes a difference. And I believe you're overseas, Deutschland? So maybe shipping takes a little longer.
From what I've seen, Sandra's dvd covers several basic movements, hip slides, chest circles, figure eights (vertical and horizontal) umis and hip drops. She explains the basic moments, then there are variations on those movements and drills at different speeds. That's what I can recall. As I said, I haven't had time to watch the whole thing through. -
